בטיחות ילדים ובני נוער
Tandy Messenger מיועדת לגיל 13 ומעלה. יש לנו אפס סובלנות לפגיעה מינית בילדים ולניצולם (CSAE), כולל חומר פגיעה מינית בילדים (CSAM), פיתוי (grooming), סחיטה מינית ותוכן מיני שמערב קטינים, גם כשהוא נוצר ב-AI.
מה אסור
- לשלוח, לבקש, ליצור או לשתף כל תוכן מיני שמערב מי שמתחת לגיל 18, כולל ציורים ותמונות שנוצרו ב-AI.
- ליצור קשר עם קטין כדי לפתות, לסחוט או לפגוע בו.
- לבנות טנדם או לבקש מטנדי משהו מהדברים האלה.
מי שמפר את הכללים נחסם לצמיתות, והתוכן מוסר.
איך אנחנו שומרים על בני נוער
- גיל: מתחת ל-13 אין חשבון. בהרשמה בוחרים טווח גיל (13 עד 15, 16 עד 17, 18 ומעלה), ורק הטווח נשמר.
- זרים: משתמש חדש לא מופיע בחיפוש עד שהוא בוחר בזה. הודעה ראשונה ממי שלא מכירים מגיעה כבקשה שאפשר לאשר, לחסום או לדווח, ובני נוער לא מקבלים בקשות כאלה בכלל.
- טנדי: עם בני נוער טנדי שומר על תוכן מתאים לגיל 13 עד 17: בלי תוכן מיני, בלי אלימות קשה, בלי סמים, הימורים או פגיעה עצמית, ובלי לבקש פרטים אישיים. טנדי לא יוצר תמונות.
- טנדמים: לכל טנדם יש תווית גיל, וטנדמים מעל טווח הגיל לא מוצגים.
איך מדווחים
- בתוך האפליקציה: לחיצה ארוכה על הודעה, או מהתפריט של אדם, קבוצה, טנדם או תשובה של טנדי ← "דיווח". אפשר גם לחסום.
- ישירות אלינו: tandamn.app@gmail.com. כתבו "בטיחות ילדים" בנושא.
- בסכנה מיידית: משטרת ישראל 100, או המוקד הלאומי להגנה על ילדים ברשת: 105.
מה אנחנו עושים עם דיווח
אנחנו בודקים כל דיווח תוך 24 שעות, ודיווח על פגיעה בילדים קודם לכל השאר. תוכן אסור מוסר, החשבון נחסם, ואנחנו מדווחים לרשויות המוסמכות לפי החוק: בישראל למשטרה ולמוקד 105, ועל CSAM גם ל-NCMEC (CyberTipline). הצ'אטים הפרטיים מוצפנים מקצה לקצה ואנחנו לא יכולים לקרוא אותם, ולכן דיווח מהאפליקציה מצרף את ההודעות שהמדווח בחר לשלוח.

Child and teen safety
Tandy Messenger is for people 13 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexual content involving minors, including content made with AI.
Not allowed
- Sending, asking for, creating or sharing any sexual content involving anyone under 18, including drawings and AI-generated images.
- Contacting a minor to groom, extort or harm them.
- Building a Tandem, or asking Tandy, for any of these.
Anyone who breaks these rules is banned for good and the content is removed.
How we keep teens safe
- Age: no accounts under 13. At sign-up people pick an age range (13 to 15, 16 to 17, 18 and older); only the range is kept.
- Strangers: a new user isn't findable until they choose to be. A first message from someone you don't know arrives as a request you can accept, block or report, and teens get no such requests at all.
- Tandy: with teens, Tandy keeps to what suits ages 13 to 17: no sexual content, graphic violence, drugs, gambling or self-harm, and he never asks for personal details. Tandy does not create images.
- Tandems: every Tandem has an age label, and Tandems above a person's age range are hidden.
How to report
- In the app: long-press a message, or open the menu of a person, group, Tandem or Tandy answer → "Report". You can also block.
- To us directly: tandamn.app@gmail.com, with "Child safety" in the subject.
- Immediate danger: call your local emergency number (in Israel: police 100, or the national child online protection center 105).
What we do with a report
We review every report within 24 hours, child-safety reports first. Prohibited content is removed, the account is banned, and we report to the competent authorities as the law requires: in Israel the police and the 105 center, and CSAM also to NCMEC (CyberTipline). Private chats are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read them, so an in-app report includes the messages the reporter chooses to send.
